Multiple opportunities to learn. Mistakes are taken as lessons instead of freaking out about it. Directors genuinely want the employees to grow. Timely salary and other compensations. Occasionally bottlenecks are created by unavailability of the directors. Some employees need to take more ownership and be professional. Deadlines need to be more realistic in order to meet them.
