I am working with NirSan since April, 2017. Work culture is good and progressive with number of young generation around making more energetic. Work environment provides more comfort to the employees while at work without compromising on the quality of deliverables. Salary and other compensations are good. You will get all the supports from the management team to work happily with each other.

Assignment of works in few cases may happen which are not under areas of your interest due to urgent requirements.

Multiple opportunities to learn. Mistakes are taken as lessons instead of freaking out about it. Directors genuinely want the employees to grow. Timely salary and other compensations. Great emphasis on value and ethics. Highly systamatic and process oriented. Mostly supportive team members. Improved HR handling since past few months.

Dislikes

Occasionally bottlenecks are created by unavailability of the directors. Some employees need to take more ownership and be professional. Deadlines need to be more realistic in order to meet them.
