No TA DA, less salary not a permanent job and have lot of local issues, heavy work pressure with less benefits, we need to spend our money back to the work, we can’t save money for ourselves. Local fellows always ready to beg money, otherwise they create dispute at work place. Lot of journey with our own vehicle only meetings will happen. You receive lot of notices and whole our experience will happen by replying to the notices.

Nirmithi Kendra works under district commissioner office, it's object is construction and maintainanc of both government and private buildings, it's management is good, I am happy to working in this office.

This is government office, certain limitations are there in projects, But like to work in private company, Because I get chance to improve and apply my skills and knowledge.

It was a wonderful experience to work there,they used to giv us two to three construction sites at a same time,which helps us to get experienced in multi sites supervising

They never take emloyee as full time,all they need was temporary employees
