When big companies laid off, did salary cut during covid… nirmalya did not laid off a single staff, paid salary and other benefits as usual. Company is very particular about salary and every month salary credited on last working day of the month.

Too much lenient towards non Hindus reformers. Keeps trying non performers to perform in any of areas. Some people takes advantage of this.

No one can restrict to your ideas towards your work and responsibilities. All employees are working here as a like a team.At the end the beautiful events like Ustav,Diwali,Holi makes a beautiful bond like a family between the employees.
