If you join with handsome package here then you can relax here. But they make very embarrassing environment when hardworking person joins at low salary. Director terminate employees based on their influencers decision. HR is not even capable of speaking English, forget about her HR role. They raised notice period without even asking and inflicted on all employees.

Friendly culture in company environment. Maintenance HOD is very helpful nature and good leader. He gives freedom to learn more skills. Promotion is doing as per skill. 100% job security and company follow HR policy

Top Management are involved to prevent any types of politics, bad practices. Giving equal opportunity to all and for talented people No limit for growth
