Like they wont pay bills on time.if you submit with in the month itself you will get them after 3 months. You will face travelling issues Before joining what they have committed they might not meet your expectations Etc ..,

Please don't join nipun join this company. Because it's create problem when you want to left the company. They didn't give you proper experience letter and documents also. And reply you during the job and off the job

Management completely back their employee so the employee can fully focus on the job which he is assigned to.
