Good for Freshers, since it has most recent networking products in their lineup. Just you have to show that you're interested, the work assignments will follow on your way. You'll get the complete ownership, so the management skillsets improves. You've to handle multiple projects at the same time, which enhances your capabilities (but takes off your smile from your face and hairs from your head🤣). Few teams encourages flexible timings*( T&C) Bonding with peers is excellent (especially in few teams). You're productive throughout the year, no concept of bench warming or something like that.

Dislikes

...to get approval from manager for Leaves( even for half a day) that's terrific. Salary is below average. Even though it is a 10+ years company, HR system looks like old school. Few team pushing their engineers to over time work, even on weekends. Bond is there for freshers.

Likes

I like the company culture and the opportunity to learn new things. Employee's and Management team at Lekha are very friendly. Talking about extra activities, Sport's day , Cultural day, festivals like Holi, Deepawali, Christmas etc are celebrated every year, we have lot of fun.

Dislikes

Not a dislike but a suggestion. Company can provide free indoor games at office like foosball, carrom, table tennis etc for some relaxation.

No dislikes, but small improvements in terms of professional and experienced handling will help in deliverables. Employee benefits can be improved as well.

Not all team mates are good but few are supportive and understanding.

The work culture they hired me as a full stack Python Developer but never got a chance to work on It other than that I have worked in java,javascript,css,shell scripting which I dont have any idea. The dead lines are too hectic to reach. The design will not be given properly at initial stage of Developing after everything is done then the design might change and u have to change all the implementation again. The colleagues who has bit experience will start treating u down might have to listen from them as well. Should also be willing to work over weekends and whole nights.

Work pressure is more than average. Situations will arise to work on weekends to meet the deadlines.
