1. I've worked as Senior Officer - Project Sales in BUKA Department at Chennai, 2. I've liked the Team Support & Salary Perks were good.

... for 4 Months they didn't provide me the Laptop for Billing and other Stuffs. 4. For site sampling & other things we've to pay our own money , then we will claim it in a month, that thing personally I won't liked it.

Its regional brand dont focus on other areas rather than south. And with one factory then can not become one of the preferred brand in Pan India. In South its a brand but in other rigions brand is just surviving.

Wide range of products. And their vision.

Dislikes

... lot of pressure compared to other brands. Work-life Balance is can't find here. Salary also too low than comparative brands. Career growth is very low here. The freshers doesn't get the confirmation about 1 year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent .
