There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue . Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years cannot resign.Very good culture.

... for 4 Months they didn't provide me the Laptop for Billing and other Stuffs. 4. For site sampling & other things we've to pay our own money , then we will claim it in a month, that thing personally I won't liked it.

Nippon don't provide any training to their employees to enhance the skills. Salary structure is very poor. Work culture is pathetic. We have to attend calls WhatsApp msg on holidays and on leave. Resource are very less. Every year you can get the pramotion but no increment
