Slave environment Senior cannot talk to client if any incident occurs. Salary slip PF contribution only ₹ 1800 while salary was ₹ 1,00000 monthly. HR policy comes under confidential for current employee. If you raise questions than team will say why it is necessary? If you are salve and not worked in any MNC or you are not educated. You deserve this company and can grow your carrier.

People are working in NKID not well qualified even manager he don't know how to talk with team he talk like labor, the team will not improve as long as Dhananjay is there.

If u r fresher it’s a good opportunity for u .. u will get experience of two Mnc company together.. though Nippon konpo india private limited works with honda.. HOnda is itself a brand .. so it’s all up to u whether u r capable to grab knowledge from there or not .. I think it’s opportunity and good company to work though initially u will face some problems but remember nothing is easy ..
