There is nothing to like in this organization. No salary on time and no response of your calls and emails even after multiple follow-ups. Even no response was getting from company head and HR about salary or any doubts. To be jobless is good but don't join this organization. HR and account departments makes wrong commitment about salary and projects.

Mostly They deployed at client location. Good work culture. Nippon HR and salary structure are very good.

No work from home because Mostly they have government clients so .. work from home not possible.

There is no update from Nippon till i have to call or physically visit company, getting only salary and no other benifits. Also there is no increment last 3year. They can replace and fire any time.
