...pany, No job security.. they verbally Ask employee not to come from tomorrow.... Even to managerial position, also not given the salary of last month.

Everything, management, No HR Policies.. Politics... No Career growth. Pathetic work environment

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they don't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

A sinking ship in terms of culture. Extreme micromanagement in fintech teams and toxic works culture and rules. Deserving employess don't get promoted. Good tech leads are getting fired. Favouritism and boot lic*ing everywhere. HR are not really taking concern and action about the problem or issues raised, only doing the formalities to just connecting with employees.

1.My personal experience Too much political with my managers 2. If your ready to drink their Elbow Water you will get your salary and variable pay as 100% Or else no VP or hikes and Appraisal

Good salary & benefits. Fast paced environment that results in good learning opportunities. Flexible work hours & support of coworkers incase of any personal emergencies. Good leave policy.

Dislikes

Appraisals aren't satisfying enough. Promotions are limited. 7 days working week resulting in a not so good work-life balance.
