Ninjacart is good organization to work with , If you are innovative , and you have leadership quality you can easily achieve the numbers , daily targets from your team. All ASM in this organization works like hell to develop business, same with there team. Top level support from the company ceo and sales director is immense , they are always there to help you out. I would say central leadership team is mind-blowing , and highly experienced especially the sales director and co-founder of the org.

Start Up company On time Salary And Claims Freedom To Take Decision When You are In trouble You can Go To Anywhere and Ask For Help to Get it out for The Situation not Follow The Hierachy on That Time Also Respond to your Senior And Collegue With their Name Not Like Sir/Boss Which Is Very Good thing

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I worked 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to Attend customer calls in the night and morning

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
