Most pathetic work culture one can ever come across, It's like a torture cell. Problem is that they dont even do productive work. They keep on doing repetitive, unproductive work to show CEO (like sleeping in office, even if they are watching movie at night). The CEO is honestly incapable, because of him 24 cities have been closed till now. Everyone wants you to just work, even if that work is unproductive. They will ask you to do stupid things, because someone from central team thinks it will help. Power is centralized, and unfortunately a lot of biasness is there for south Indian employees. Employees ( at any level) from any other part of the country, gets treated like a slave. They is no limit to abuse, anyone can abuse you just because he is your boss or a south Indian....Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues . Work timing is not upto satisfied .

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
