Miscommunication always happens because of hiring manager, Rude behavior, No technical guidance, No technical team. A backend person is mentoring me for front end development, Blames you for each and every issues. Unprofessional culture, No job security. Don't join this company because the seniors will treat you like a object.

1. There is no job security. 2. 8.5 hrs, Monday to Saturday, hence no work-life balance 3. What the CEO thinks is the company policy 4. Completely unorganised 5. No trust in employees

Dislikes

I didn't enjoy my work. Their about us page is filled with false hopes. The culture is terrible. They are purely focused on making money. They only see employees as just an human resource. No proper office setup, they are renting a house. Tracking softwares in placed, LOP if you are minute late. They don't trust the employees. Overall, it was a toxic experience for me.

Toxic work culture, management doesn't address issues instead they blame you. Don't take ownership of their decisions. Double standards, Minimum work appreciation, No work life balance. Decisions taken based on Instincts and influence. Kindly double check your offer letter and proceed, If anything's unclear or missing out, address and correct it then and there, as I and my fellow colleagues have faced similar issues, due to their intentional unclear documentation, they refuse their promises and change rules as per their convience (since theirs no proper documentation or rule book).
