Work life balance, job security.

Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

Nothing to like.

Dislikes

...ich can extend to 12-13 hours. No Indian holiday if working in foreign projects. No salary hike.

Likes

Some policies killling employees. Comnapny is in profit but when come to promotion and appraisal we get hike of 300 or 500. Its difficult to survive for middle class employee.

Dislikes

Salary growth and 3 months notice period is too difficult because no one compnay waits for such long time.

Likes

I like to work in TCS because very well job security, traveling, companies policies, management. All things are very excellent manage.

Dislikes

I like to do work in TCS but now I want increment in my salary. That is only one thing.

The work life balance is good and one can get plenty of opportunities to work in any role and department

Dislikes

The compensation is not that upto mark. The average compensation is less compared to competitors.
