Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dress code is casual. Not strict. Chill lang. Petiks.

Dislikes

Broken promises. Not supportive and doesnt care about employees' time and pagod. No hazard pay, uso donation drive. Kelan lng nagkaron ng insurance and loans. No work life balance. Micromanaging ng ibang boss. Grievance system is terrible. Wala nangyayari sa mga may bad attitude at kung tutuusin mabigat ang case.. Kapit2. Favoritism ung ibang boss. No OT. Sasabihin may idle time daw. Swerte mo siguro if mabait yung RM or AM. Walang growth, nakakapagod, walang variations or learning, boring. Like too late bago makita yung effort mo maging good employee. Wala gaanong benefits. Esp sa health part.

Nothing.

Dislikes

Everything is dislike. They don't have a proper vison and they are only concerned about cost once it soars. They will not think while spending the money. Indian lab people are asked to accomodate for every single thing done by Singapore lab people.
