A developer with 2-3 YOE can work better than these team leads. Politics at it's peak: if your senior doesn't like you, then no matter what you do, you'll get terminated.

Culture depends on teams, if your team lead is good and they like you then you can say culture is good but if your team lead is not happy with you so you can't sustain. And these days company is laying off a lot of employees due to less project so job security is not at all here.
