I thoroughly enjoyed working with my coworkers. It was friendly atmosphere and I was motivated to go to work everyday. Our management was very helpful and always motivated. I worked there 7 years and it was a great experience overall.

Dislikes

Company current situation is not good...not paid salary in time and hold the employees full and final settlement...employees not getting their pending amount for long time. Also work culture of the company is deteriorating day by day.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times. There is no on-job training of freshers.

As it is small company there are many oppertunity to learn technology if you can take challange and can learn technology by yourself. Some senior are very helpful some are not .

Internal politics. Centralized power. Some senior are not helpful.

Great Place for learning, till a point after that you have to move on.

Work culture, tl, blame game between everyone, not a place for humble person, if you ae street smart then you can last long orelse not that too upto a point, if you are going again higher up backed or company loved no matter how truthful or goo person you are and the other person even is the devil you will be blamed after that kicked out, so tread lightly.

Top management is very good and co-operative. Mr Manish Topder one of the director of the company, he is very much ço-operative, friendly, helpful and motivate to how to work and recognize the talent.

Dislikes

There is few employees are very old and they thought they are the without there existence company couldn't run. Due to that they are not ready to accept new joiners openly and always maintain a difference to point out the same. Which is not at all healthy environment to work. It should be well acceptance by the senior to the new joiners and help them to an extend level so that they will get more confidence and this will help to retain the employees and company will grow accordingly.
