I thoroughly enjoyed working with my coworkers. It was friendly atmosphere and I was motivated to go to work everyday. Our management was very helpful and always motivated. I worked there 7 years and it was a great experience overall.

Dislikes

Company current situation is not good...not paid salary in time and hold the employees full and final settlement...employees not getting their pending amount for long time. Also work culture of the company is deteriorating day by day.

Job security, hire and fire situation, no salary ontime, company's financial situation is bad, no hybrid work culture, learning exposure is less

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times. There is no on-job training of freshers.

Likes

The overall work culture and current colleagues are good. Mostly Work from office and sometime WFH is allowed as per project or special requirements. The daily duty hour can be shorten acc. to entry to duty end hour.

Dislikes

Sometimes salaries are little delayed or partly credited but always on time within expected month.

Likes

As it is small company there are many oppertunity to learn technology if you can take challange and can learn technology by yourself. Some senior are very helpful some are not .

Dislikes

Internal politics. Centralized power. Some senior are not helpful.
