...test technologies that helps them form a base before moving to a bigger company. However, a senior engineer does not get any benefit working in this company especially in terms of the salary as that is a major concern as one grows both professionally and personally. No positives other than the fact that one can learn some skills. Basically it is a resource augmentation company that sends its resources to its clients located somewhere else. They keep changing the clients every 2 3 months. This affects the resources negatively as the resource will not be able to gain a strong knowledge or grip on any particular project that he/she undertakes.

-There is no job security: During this Covid-19 pandemic, they took advantage of the situation to provide no salary to those in bench stating the reason as the persons' 'incapability and less dedication' towards the work. -No work life balance Alternate saturdays are working. Companies should understand that making the staff work 9 hours throughout weekdays and also the saturdays will only reduce ones potential and productivity thereby getting frustrated about the work and towards ones daily life itself. Increasing the number of working days is not a solution to get the work done on time. The working Environment should be good and welcoming which is not in this case. So summing up, work life balance is a big ZERO here. -Salary Fortunately, the salary is credited on time every month. However, as one completes years in this company, the hike is very less compared to the work the staff is subjected to. The management is money minded. The salary they give to their employees is much less compared to what they receive from their clients. Sometimes, they just want the app/site to go live asap despite having bugs so that they can get their pockets filled quickly from the clients. -No structured HR and HR Policy There is not even a proper HR here in this company. It lacks a proper, MBA graduate who has completed her/his MBA in HR which is required in all the companies. There is a receptionist kind of lady at the front desk who is kind of behaves like an HR. About the policy, basic things which a company is entitled to give like, maternity benefits is not there. When I joined the company, I was told (by the then 'HR' ) that, you will have to leave the job if we become pregnant. -Management There is no such thing called 'management' here. Here the management is constituted by the 2 CEOs who takes all major decisions. No team lead, project manager etc. Basically, not structured. And no facilities like a cafeteria.

You'll have ample opportunities to learn and develop your skills here, with seniors who are genuinely supportive and ready to help. The HR team is approachable, and the CTO and CEOs are friendly and easy to react. Salaries are consistently paid on time and Flexible working hours. Although I've seen some negative reviews, my experience over the past year has been positive. In the IT industry, performance is crucial-if you don't deliver, there are consequences. However, a good developer should be eager to learn new things and adaptable to different technologies. Stay open minded and flexible and you'll do well here. FYI: I wasn't pressured to write this review.
