Good thing about this place is that all the people are coperative and well spoken and supportive. As it was first time working in industry I got to know behind scene how much efforts it takes to produce good quality products and quality assurance importance at the end of the day. Overall experience with management,staff, workers was good.

The company is very good for fresher mechanical engineer there is lots of opportunity to learn from company and owner of this company Mr Amol Gholap is very supporting and caring and everything is good except plant head/manager of this company.

Dislikes

Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times and working time is 12 hours daily which is very pathetic.
