...isgusting Overall the company police is good but on hirercy level it goes worst. The salary is not worthy according to the work I have been done

1- For every issue only field trainer is responsible even if it from client side. 2- No job security as its a contractual job they are giving 1 year contract and on every year they will renew. 3- From past 4 years no appraisal 4- Project lead (Manager) is very arrogant and misbehaved person. so much....

Company has excellent HR polices

Compensation is low. My manager in the first project was excellent and in my last project was too unprofessional. Some of the managers who are not qualified enough as to become manager, they served lots of years in the company, promoted as manager at the last phase of their career.They lack the quality as people manager.

Likes

No micromanagement, learning, several domain knowledge available, opportunity to interact with global clients. Training sessions mandatory.

Dislikes

No, absolutely No work-life balance, no pay for extra hours, unrealistic targets, dog eat dog culture, project managers given free license for rudeness. Rudeness with teams rewarded.

It's okay to work in NIIT if you are not looking forward for high salary and promotions. For first timers, it's a good learning experience but for others with experience, NIIT do not give good salary packages as compared with other companies.

Dislikes

Work life balance is okay kind of. Ways of how management should work is not here at all. They love micro managing everything. Senior management loves to give you hard time.
