No job security they terminate their employees if they don't get project, No salary hike for contract employees, I am working here for 3 years in contract and they extend contract every month for next month only means you can be fired anytime, They don't tolerate any issue in development, They give you lots of work load, and you can't get time for your career growth and development and work life balance is totally bad. Overall is very bad experience. And the skill you get here are not required in any other company, so I got trapped here not able to switch.

The Team lead and managers create a very negative environment to work with . Typically it is a 'lala' and 'khon chuso(blood sucker)' company who never thinks of its employee It hired the qualified employee on the basis of technical interview for the non-technical work in the company. By this way, this company is ruining the careers of many employees who have worked here or who are working.
