No job security they terminate their employees if they don't get project, No salary hike for contract employees, I am working here for 3 years in contract and they extend contract every month for next month only means you can be fired anytime, They don't tolerate any issue in development, They give you lots of work load, and you can't get time for your career growth and development and work life balance is totally bad. Overall is very bad experience. And the skill you get here are not required in any other company, so I got trapped here not able to switch.

Job security is not there if you are on a vendor payroll || No extra benefits are given || Zero career growth || You will get terminated if you are on vendor payroll even if you have 3 years of experience with exceptional performance.

Only the manager's spoons get good hike in designation and in salary too. You will never get appreciated for your work. You will never be appalause for your performance if you are not smart and good looking.

...ob Salaries are not in line with the qualification and qualities of employees. Annually low increment in Salary. No outing for team parties. The Team lead and managers create a very negative environment to work with . Typically it is a 'lala' and 'khon chuso(blood sucker)' company who never thinks of its employee It hired the qualified employee on the basis of technical interview for the non-technical work in the company. By this way, this company is ruining the careers of many employees who have worked here or who are working.

They do yearly party and celebration like xmas and diwali.

... lot of things. Work culture is not good. Old people ruining new employees life. Late stay, low salary, low level of learning, low job security if you are contractual employee. Left place 4 years back.hope they had improvements now.
