Nothing good here. Whoever is working here doing wastage of time.

...p with people who are working there. Behaviour of managers is very bad and rude. They don't understand anybody's problem, don't pay salaries. Don't give reply of mails. They use employees for their benefits. Do politics with new employee. Cameras are not there on the centres. This foundation is not good at all. I never recommend anybody to go there for work. The whole staff is baised with their old employees. They don't respect new employee. The management is very very poor. Not mature staff. I joined this organization with enthusiasm but within 25 days they mentally harassed , faced so many behavioural issues on the centre and lastly I left. They don't even understand my problem and didn't gave me my salary of hard work.

No job security, they are financially dependent only on other partners and then they terminate suddenly whether you are top performer and very toxic feminism here. Even if female trainers don’t have experience or basic understanding of software still they terminate those who loyal to the core to company and give extra hours but after that they just give notice to them, never recommend to anyone

Every single thoughts & suggestions are admired at NF, no matter where it is coming from. Hassle free relationships, reporting and procedures.

Dislikes

Cannot really think about any drawback at NF, but the organisation can think about Monetory Rewards, Festival Bonus or better salary raise.

Salary on time, Good platform for learning

Dislikes

Management is biased and works on prejudice. The NIIT career development center at Remuna of Balasore ultimately got shut down due to project withdrawal by funder. The situation arose due to poor managerial skills of the current manager whom the company had set up on its head without recognizing her leadership trait. So better not to step into NIIT foundation's arena, because it is the breeding & grooming ground for buttering people not for work dedicated professionals.

There is nothing good about NIIT Foundation. They are scamsters and are scamming their funders with fake offer letters and fake placement proofs. There are people that don't even deserve to be a peon and are managers. There is a lot of Gyan session than the actual work happening and the whole management knows about the scams that they are doing, but have blind folded their eyes towards it.
