They start buttering you only when you need them otherwise they don't even know you. - Politics at managerial level. - Parking issue. Though you can work in flexible time, parking issue will force you to come to office at 9. Once it is 10 / 10:30 am, you will only get the parking if you are lucky otherwise you will need to park your vehicle on the road.

A very pathetic experience . I worked in Juristic project , was a good employee and worked hard. The Scrum master and the manager present at the Client location respected my work . Still the Delivery manager at the Nihilent office threw me out of project without any reason . What a game they are playing with people's careers and aspirations .
