Few project for java developers Less salary hike ,also they play politics for notice period and charge you for things which you not even taken benefits of like SAQA.

No promotions, or dry promotions. No WFH allowed if it's it's your need. No work life balance. Forced to work after office hours and no OT/Comp off provided No healthy internet at office environment. No enough parking space. No enough cafeteria space for lunch
