*Zero work life balance & job security* It's only looking like Japanese MNC but it's worst than Lala company. In my career this organisation is the worst experience ever. *Cheap* company ever. Think about youself and your family before joining this organisation. Never join gujarat plant as per my thaught. Once you join here after that you are always causing yourself why I was coming here. This is also the same feeling for all other departments employees. You cannot work there with your satisfied smile & from your heart. No power in the hands of top management in the gujarat team. All gujrat works Authorization are on Manesar hand. You have to take permission every time before starting any work. Otherwise you are in trouble. The Manesar team tries to stop your work as much as possible. He will always delay your work. So much politics did Manesar team top management. Also there is no role for HR. HR is not for human resources but it is for HR = *HARRASMENT RESOURCES*. HR never understands their employees situation. They are using their employees situation for their personal profits... *All employees feel a threat to speak in front of the HR.* Because they use your words and let you down and fire you any time. There are no rules & regulations for HR. Also no any power in japanes management. They just looking like Gandhi's 3 Monkeys because thay have no authority to speak against Manesar team. Even after your resignation they try to stop your joining in other organisations. I don't know why and what's they try to prove. Even you are not doing any crime or not breaking any rules. I never suggest anyone to join there.

Salary is very Good. Shift timing is very Good. Very Bad Culture, Gujarat location, many many politics. No Job security, every day Gujarat top mgt. TORTURING you. Even 24 hrs work. "You can fire any time"

I mostly like working culture and company focus on employee training and Learning.

Compensation is Decent and Growth is slow. Working pressure is very high some time Sunday also working and Managers do not approve leaves as per prior information . Leave taken process very difficult.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Stability of Top management... Calm but targeted work life.. Piece of mind . Company work for Name ... Brand name Innovative work

Less compensation, Work life balance for responsible person. Actual appraisal and salary growth not up to mark... No free transportation for seniors (Middle management). Only limited location. Off time support poor.
