I joined this company as a Project Coordinator/Manager about 8 months back. I have never experienced an agency like this. where the employees are so helpful to each other and have their back. The work environment is flexible and so relaxed. Aditya Sir is a man of skills. There is so much to learn from this one person in such s small amount of time. I have learnt not just how to handle design projects but also animation and development projects. All the words said is less for Nico Digital. Proud to be a part of this

Absolutely garbage company.. Too much politics bad working culture.. They don't treat well to their employees..From the day one they will give huge. Pressure.. They hired me two months back even after knowing that I was fresher.. After two months later they fired me from the job.. reason they gave me performance..Not even a single bad reviews ever came from any clients . Still they will judge you and gave you xyz reason to terminate you.. No job security.. most of the designer taking ideas from freepik and call themselves great designer.. wow. Why you selected then ?? How long it takes to understand that some one is good or bad .. If I was so bad then they could have terminate within a week.. It takes only a week to understand someone's performance.. basically they hired employees when they have too many projects.. And the they fire you when the the project is over.. ..If you really care about your future Don't ever join. Either you will regret
