Nothing Much, I Enjoyed two years there. It was fun working there. The only thing they have to improve is the team coordination in the Development Team.

When I had joined back in 2001, they had promised that the Bond breaking amount shall be reduced as per the number of years served. However they did not reduce even a single rupee even after serving 65% of the bond term.

Consider carefully before accepting any opportunity in Japan from this company. They have been concerns about the way agreement they handled leading to dissatisfaction among employees. Many left, and other are considering leaving due to company culture. Office politics. No growth
