...tters the manager and goes to his work cabin frequently get promotion and bonus. Equal pay irrespective of skill set, work and learning attitude. No respect given by manager to good employees rather manager prefers someone who is good at buttering. Lack of leadership qualities in manager and group manager but directors are really good. Worst HR policy, they really lack in communications. There is nothing to learn rather spend time on useless initiatives. Company is doing fake branding on social networking sites through paid agency and with the help of selected employees in return of same favour but company doesn't have fund for CSR activities l. Employees are forced to make contributions so that company can organise the event. Never ever join this organisation, you will spoil your life and career.

...yee concerns are heard and addressed in a very constructive and positive way. 4. Good salary and compensation packages especially if you are part of R&D. 5. Good technical work and a lot of learning opportunities. 6. The organization is focusing on AI / ML so a lot of opportunities to explore these options. 7. Great IJP structure which helps associates to move across teams and products as per their career growth plans. 8. Able leadership at both India and overall organization which focuses on technological advancements and delivering the best to the customers without compromising on operational excellence.

Fake Product Org - The branding. They are an Israle company so I thot they will have a great professional work culture, until I joined. The company is plagued by internal politics and the cartel inside wouldnt let you grow even if you are better skilled at. Do not get into their Product Roles in India as they are no more than tech BA roles in services.

... means is they want to hire cattle and not who have true product growth mindset. This company looks shiny from outside with their social media presence and may pay you hiring than the market, but trust me it is a trap to hell work culture and fake product org.
