- Attendance rules are very shady, due to this you might receive salary with a cut or even half salary based on timing and HR closeness to you - Management could be well defined and structured - Department coordination can be much better, mostly absent - Family run business power dynamics which is reflected inside work culture which is very toxic - Unstable job security both for sales and non-sales - Unecessary time rules just to hinder your breaks (most of the time) - Full working day on alternate Saturday's (totally unecessary) - Long working Hours (10 hours), so forget work life balance most of the time

They only provide food for the afternoon, but most of the time, food was not available if you didn't take it soon from the food area.

They can kick you anytime even at midnight by alleging you for data manipulation and that too without proof. The director Vimal Babu and Vishal Babu hides and do not bother to answer the question or reply the mail. The culture is worst

Sales strategy and learning’s from the organisation is immensely helpful for career growth and self development at Nibav but targets and other things related to achieving them are really difficult, absolutely individual driven company BDM on field are responsible for each and every work

... individual targets that are to be achieved along without any support Extensive travelling almost all the 7 days Pay is much less then industry standards

Nibav is a fast growing company. And has a greater scope if they have proper manpower, standard training, systematic way of working.

...se It's such a stressful job. No leaves, even sundays also you have ro work. If working from home they will provide half day salary.
