Depending on which department you go, working hours can be harsh. Pramana can ask you to come at 9 and stay till 11 as normal event. Some teams take the phrase "fast-faced environment" too literally. Recent layoffs feels like unstable management :(

... resulted in many employee leaving the company. During the hiring process the H.R managers promises a salary hike to most of the new joiners, but are unable to stick to their words. Unfortunately the H.R team has proved to a bunch of liars , as they continue to keep their false promises.

Pathetic work culture No authority provided to senior managers All projects are driven by one mgmt person Micromanagement Insecure work environment Few senior staff have no work ethics Job role, Designation and the actual work are misaligned Appraisal has no meaning when Goals are not approved. Dislikes

Do not trust this management, they have literally buried this company down the ground due to their egoistic approach. Failed to raise funding, company is running in loss and mass layoffs happening currently. The company has laid off it's leadership as well along with 50% of the org being downsized.

Learning from large amounts of healthcare data from multiple US hospitals and application of cutting-edge technologies that the company has been using, working with very smart people in the company

Dislikes

US leadership thinks they are very smart and therefore there is no need to listen to their employees and customers.
