... resulted in many employee leaving the company. During the hiring process the H.R managers promises a salary hike to most of the new joiners, but are unable to stick to their words. Unfortunately the H.R team has proved to a bunch of liars , as they continue to keep their false promises.

...od place for learning. Introduction to cutting edge tech and many bright minds. Awesome culture, pay and benefits. Depending on which department you go, working hours can vary. Good food and pantry ;)

Depending on which department you go, working hours can be harsh. Pramana can ask you to come at 9 and stay till 11 as normal event. Some teams take the phrase "fast-faced environment" too literally. Recent layoffs feels like unstable management :(

Learning from large amounts of healthcare data from multiple US hospitals and application of cutting-edge technologies that the company has been using, working with very smart people in the company

US leadership thinks they are very smart and therefore there is no need to listen to their employees and customers.

- If you are starting, a great place to start your career. - Latest tech stack - Great people and colleagues - Decent benefits like leaves, food and work flexibility

- Leadership needs a huge improvement - Depends on the project you work under when it comes to learning either you learn nothing or you're the centre of development - Promotions do not correctly measure nor salary hikes, - Pay disparity is huge, certain experience levels are not compensated well as per the market standards - Really not much to learn if you're joining as a senior/lead roles
