Management response is late when we are facing any issue. And Salary also actually salary date is 5th for all NexWave emp if the salary date fall under weekend then are not going to preponed even if it is long weekend also so some times we facing issue with the salary

when i join nexwave that time they are given me conformation to after this client they are provided new client and continue start your salary. for client mistake they are stop your salary didn't pay for your work 3-4 month. very very bad organization in my life
