I had a really tough time at Nexus Corporate Solution. They didn't pay my salary of July and August month, even after I asked them many times and did call them. Then after so many calls and messages I finally got my salary in September month, which was after two months later. They treated me and their employees very poorly and it is not okay. I would suggest not to join this company

There is nothing to like about this company. I recently worked with Nexus Corporate Solutions as a content writer. While the initial experience was nice, the later treatment was far from satisfactory.

Key issues: Delayed and partial salary: The company policies say one receives their salary after 45 days of their last working day, I received my salary after 95 days, moreover, they only disbursed half my salary. Unresponsive HR: I tried to connect with the HR multiple times to ask for the remaining salary, but the HR is very rude and talks roughly and denies giving the remaining amount. It's been 6 months but I am yet to receive my salary. Do not join this company.

My Exp. With the compnay has been +ve Despite some -ve review. Over the past 3 Years, I have found full fillment in my job responsiblities and have consistently recvd timely increments. the company's approch of not spoon feeding employees resonates with me, it promotes a proactive work ethics and personal growth. I believe that by loving your work and approching it with honest and conscientious, you can foster a rewarding realtionship with any corporate culture. this mindsets has not only contributed to my job satisfaction but also to my professional growth within the organisation.

- They don't have money in their hand. They will hire you and after 10 days will fire you from the job in the name of provision. - They don't have any clients but will expect you to bring a client within 10 days. - They will not reimburse you for any hotel stays till 3 months, they have fired multiple colleagues within 30 days so they won't pay you any penny. - No technical skills growth Suggestion if you are joining: - If you are not from Ahmedabad, never join. The owner will make multiple promises but cannot keep any promises. - If you don't have a job, you can think about joining at your own risk. Advice to management - Don't make false promises. - If you don't have money, Don't hire people and not ruin their career.
