Politics and people pleasing is the core on which management runs. Too much micromanagement, no freedom to make decisions, over indulgence of managers who think they own the organization

...lopers but now have to work in client support, and production deployment also. No bonus was given, although we were supposed to get 5% of CTC No Appraisal No additional support provided by company to work from home like internet bill, and WFH Setup

...KT ed to juniors. There should be nothing that seniors know but juniors dont!! Reason is, they dont want to pay for the seniors. No respect to seniors in this company!! They are waiting to find a chance to fire the senior members..

- Skills and Learning platform is inadequate for in-depth learning of tech skills. However, this may get addressed soon as I am hearing about a change in platform.

Salary on time even 2 days ago of month end. Performance should be good then only eligible for the performance bonus.

Dislikes

Employee has to work hard then only manager are happy. Other wise after a financial year they will put you in PIP (performance improvement plan).
