You get to work with latest and upgraded technologies and also have a freehand in experimenting things. Management is very reluctant in investing over latest technologies.

Office politics is terrible, client interference in official stuff is too much, environment is suffocating, sometimes even after giving reasonable deadlines management seems to take part in blame game and humiliating the team. Even after within deadline completion of project client doesn't seems to take part in prototype testing and enjoys testing only after the project gets to live.
