They’re caught in a cycle of pleading for the salaries they’ve rightfully earned, trapped by the fear of losing everything they’ve worked so hard for. It's heartbreaking to watch good people suffer under such immense stress, unable to provide for their families while a company takes advantage of their loyalty and desperation.
