They used to pay their salary on time. Work timings were fixed, but not over bearing. That's pretty much it.

Zero growth opportunities. Managers were absolutely clueless. Top management has no understanding of how to be market leaders. Team leads were absolute jerks. They place sucks the life out you.

Nothing much to like. As fresher you can start this job for experience.

Everything was good but the manager was selfish, no help was provided from his end, bad politics and plays with mind. With him there was no hope for growth, I always had to ask for work, he doesn't know the employee problem, just being as manager to blame if something bad happens

This company provide digital classroom and software. There is good training and teammate. There have avarage growth in the technical field. Work life balance is good.

I dislike salary and appraisal. There is minimum.
