How much ever efforts you put in or the quality of work you deliver does not matter in this organisation. Under the pretext of "cost cutting" managers fire employees whom they have an issue with. You will be asked to work over-time, extend because "work needs to be done", yet it won't reflect in your pay or appraisal. Even when employees leave, they shy away from hiring replacements and pile work on the existing employees.

Nothing much. I only had good and friendly team mates. Nothing to like about company

...he books were sent for printing, we were fired without proper severance package. Even the so called bonus were not paid, which is big hit on our ctc.

Everything was good but the manager was selfish, no help was provided from his end, bad politics and plays with mind. With him there was no hope for growth, I always had to ask for work, he doesn't know the employee problem, just being as manager to blame if something bad happens

Work culture is very good teammates and managers are all very supportive and if you'll join this company as a fresher then you'll get to learn a lot.

If you're here for a package that at least sounds good at associate and executive level then you'll be bit disappointed

Working in next education the Ambience and culture of company is good. It provides good training and lots of conference happen in a year in good hotels of city where renowned academicians come and impart their knowledge.

Dislikes

Lots of pressure on sales team. high targets lot of reporting Excel sheets. Less salary packages. No work life balance.
