I like my team mates. Any fresher will get the chance to learn and work on new technologies.

Dislikes

Not employee friendly because: 1. Salary is very low and under expectations. 2. Company growth is not good and also they are not transparent with the current growth. 3. No trust on employees. 4. Very strict timing. If somehow you get late for any reason, the so called-HR will threaten you like deduct leaves or deduct money. 5. They try to gather personal information about you and whenever they feel like you are exposing them they will introduce new rules and policies. 6. Your social media handles are also monitored. Mostly the main HR will force you to follow her on social media and rest other company members. 7. The HR will always think employees are not working especially the developement team. 8. There is only one meeting room where we have scrum calls with the onsite team but the HR has made that meeting room as her chamber. 9. Well the appraisal here is not based on how good you work, it's about how much you talk about your family, serials you watch and best buttering you have done so far and also the appraisal is done by the HR not your team lead. 10. Even if you are in a team but all your leave approval and feedback of your work for the appraisal are done by one and only the HR. 11. You can't take leave even if you are in cold or suffering from corona, she will force you to come to the office. 12. No working from home flexibility. 13. And if you are serving Notice period, the main HR will surely make your next 3 months miserable like she will not give salary, or she will force you to pay the rest month's amount and leave the company immediately. 14. This is the first ever company who gives offer letter, takes back the offer letter and keep it with themselves. You need to try a lot to get your offer letter from them even though you are working in their company. 15. The HR also takes help from the room cleaning staff i.e to know each employee's arrival timing. 16. Delay of salary and payslip. 17. Work - life balance is terrible, toxic environment, lot of micromanagement and no place for humanity here. Its better to remain jobless rather than working for this company. Even though the company is aware about these scenarios but no initiatives had been taken. Therefore I would advice the company to hire a well known HR management experienced person so that he/she can manage employees effectively and create a harmonious environment where employees will feel their importance and willing to serve for the company more efficiently. Remember toxicity can't be proved, some things just explain themselves in time. Don't get fooled by reading those 5 star reviews, those are written by HR only.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesnt address the issues. Salary is less as compared to work.there is no bond but service agreement to which the management doesnot follow.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Good organization for freshers. Extremely terrible company for experienced.

Dislikes

...oftware solutions 1. Pay scale is not good according to the market standards. 2. Delay of salary 3. Delay of payslip 4.No opportunity for growth (personally and professionally) 5. Very poor management. 6. HR doesn't know the etiquette. 7. If you are on notice period, then the HR holds the salary without any information. 8. The HR shout at you if you have asked about any concern. 9. She wants to involved in every employees personal life. 10. She changes the rule according to her and not follow the policies.

The company is really good. A small company but like a family. I left the organisation due to some personal reasons but The organisation is really good. I personally like the CEO very much for his ground to earth nature. He always listens to everyone. I am really surprised after looking his dedication. He is always active. The Hr is like a mother who takes care of the employees as her children. But one thing I understood that definitely ex employees are trying to ruin the company. I personally suffered for this. Some people are really trying to influence employees. I wish company will grow. Try to make distance from ex-employees.
