Friendly environment , more like a family. A gentle startup firm. Where you will get your own freedom of work , decision making abilities and can bring new ideas to the table and that will be valued too. Nice and young set of directors with prograssive mind to grow with their employees.

Dislikes

As a start up firm , you will have many benefits. in the other hand, definitely a certain scope of improvement as things are not that structured which i don't consider as a cons, but for mnc minded people might have that issue.

Came from a diffrent bckground but still got supported by many seniors like subhro sir, aniie ma'am, ishika di, subroto da , sneha di and learned so many things from them. Moreover working there is a fun, many activities , fun sessions, singing , dancing parties, picnics many more. Office annual party was grand. Training sessions were great too. I leaned so many things from that sessions conducted by shubhro sir.

Dislikes

Office is bit small , few things are not that systematic. Job is target driven so sometimes feel like hectic.

USP of this company being a start up is their environment. You will feel like wow ! Haven't seen this kind of chill corporates and it's directors before in my shrt span of 4 years career. And they will give you freedom of your work and will allow you to do your own experiment. Overall my span of 1.5 years it was a pleasure working with them.

Less holidays, sometimes workpressure.

Great people great culture, in my 10+ years professional career, came across with very few companies like this. Great freedom of work. Not a lala culture. Quite decent Bengali directors only involves themselves in terms of professional needs and give employees lot of space , no micromanaging like other startups

Dislikes

Haven't find much. Salary date could have been earlier than 10th. It's too long.
