Company culture is great. No dirty politics, everyone is respectful. Your work is appreciated and everyone is always willing to improve based on feedback. Great place for learning, and building new skills, and good workplace relationships.

Compensation is below average, 6-day work week, unnecessary employee time tracking, no office provided equipment.

If your company provides you an opportunity to grow in your skills and as a person at the same time, then there nothing better a person can expect in his/her career. From work culture to the learning, everything is great there.
