GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

If you thinking joining payroll division, think 10 times in fact don't even think to join . Management tells you some profile during joining but practically it totally different and eventually management blames you that you can't deliver it so you performance is poor. After Manager exit almost 15+ employees got frustrated and left the company. Basically they are running business like roadside firm, it is full of politics and blame games , company does not have any vision mission hence they are at last in the top rating.

Politics is a big drawback plus very casual approach towards work. You can't trust people in the organisation anywhere expect the same here too people seem sweet but you never know when you have become the target.

This review is only dor for Secretarial Department. Each Department has a separate work culture. Pros: 1. Work from Home granted when required. No questions asked. 2. Managers are usually helpful and supportive. However exception is always there. 3. Direct Client Interaction. Especially the Foreign ones. 4. Independent Decision Making.

Cons: 1. Extremely Poor Salary 2. 2-3% Increment each year 3. No Promotions usually 4. Bonus is a part of Salary which is often not granted at the end of year. 5. Lots of Internal Tracker maintenance 6. Billing and Budgeting is handled by Company Secretaries which is the worst part. 7. Repetitive monotonous work. No learning after a year.
