Dislikes

Nexapp Techonology has a survival significant issue. The Manager who has been eight years exhibits Bad behaviour and have significant ego issue. The work environment suffers from Groupism and Office politics With new employee, receiving little respect. There is six month provisional period During which no proper technical training is provided, At high-performance expected from new joiners. The company also has HiddenHR policies Such as unclear notice period, Final settlements and un- disclosed details in the offer letter.

No significant learning that need to be mentioned ...as I worked in different MNCs so compared with them Nexapp needs improvement in every area..policies & vision are still not yet clear even after 09 years of Operations.
