NewWave gives its employees scope for learning and acquiring new skills. We have not been through Salary cuts so far. Though other allowances and appraisal for the year has been cut.

Its good to learn new things but you will not get any hikes or incentives or bonus very less pay scale you can't manage that pay scale management is not friendly roud behavior

No hikes no bonus fixed salary is not going to increment.less job security.

They are not professional, they provide no support and no work life balance in there if you work … sunday also they will make you work somehow… too much micro managing and also no extra benefits for the employee

Work life balance, planning and thoughtful moves and advises by management. Incentives and knowledge in projects, trainings and certifications in free time.

Dislikes

Wish is this grows more in business in Hyderabad region.

Great guidance by management and driving for customer success through their step in one's shoes policy to understand and deliver services to customer. Employees were given enough time to learn and grow in all technical aspects.
