... work late nights, even on weekends, and they don't compensate for your efforts. When joining they offer you a good salary but they never pay you the full amount if you are even 10 minutes late or take a day off there will be a deduction from your salary. There in no job security in this company if they find that they don't have requirements they will transfer you to another department they don't care about your profile they just want to get their work done or will fire you the next day without any notice, it's too toxic work culture, even worse than Byju's. The company has no future, it's going to shut down in the next 2 years, They engage in a lot of scams to get leads for admissions. what they promise you, they never fulfill. They don't have funds left to run the company, and most of the higher management have already resigned. You might find many good reviews about this company. but they force employees and students to post them, if someone writes a bad review for the company, that is the truth. My last suggestion is only to join this company if you want to destroy your career. In addition, as someone in the product team, I can attest that what they state in the job description and the actual work are vastly different. sometimes you are even required to engage in sales tasks. The managers are excessively selfish they show no concern for your professional growth.

On Time Salary (Seriously tried hard to think about something good)

Where do I Start from? The bias of top colleges or Men in the company or that founders didn't treat their team respectfully? You are just an employee number here, where founders fear confrontation and want you to leave on your own. There is strong favouritism that happens in the company. Didn't believe that the company who used to talk about culture became an organisation where there is no appreciation for talent. I realised I didn't learn a thing and was in the worse possible state when I was pushed to leave the company. I hope things get better for the folks there. PS: working for 15 hours a day doesn't make someone great, also it's the duty of the leadership team to actually help and empower people around them, not just play favorites. A word of advice Have more Women in leadership, you know you have gems in your company waiting to be discovered. I really hope that they start taking feedback seriously. Please do not make the mistake I made.

There is nothing good, people know nothing. Worst management ever. Toxic culture. No process. You will be a great fit if you can devote 24x7 in their company and keep doing favours for the management.
