When I joined this organisation, it looked promising in the vision it projected with respect to working for the students across the globe, a chance to work with a global team and a chance to grow professionally. But unfortunately like many others, I was caught in a spiral of bad management policies, no growth chart ahead, poor salary structure and ‘no asking questions’ culture. The management comprises of Americans who are sitting in their high horse and trying to guess what works for the developing nations, with very few actually qualified to even sit on that chair. These guys are a group of college pals who scratch each others back. The HR team in India is pathetic and the policies are management friendly only! This place is for people who don’t have a choice!
